How to Export Analytics Reports

QRCode Suite supports exporting scan analytics in CSV, XLSX, and PDF formats depending on your plan. Exports cover per-scan event data, summary charts, and — on Agency — formatted PDF reports suitable for client delivery. This guide covers how to export for each format and how to run campaign-level aggregate exports.
  1. 1

Open the analytics panel for a QR code

Navigate to QR Suite › QR Codes and open the QR code whose data you want to export. Scroll to the Analytics section. Set the date range using the date picker at the top right of the analytics panel.

  2. 2

Export as CSV (Pro and above)

Click "Export › CSV." QRCode Suite generates a CSV file with one row per scan event, including: timestamp, device type, OS, browser, country, city, referrer, UTM source, UTM medium, UTM campaign, and the resolved redirect destination. The download starts immediately.

  3. 3

Export as XLSX (Business and above)

Click "Export › XLSX." The XLSX export includes the same columns as CSV plus a summary sheet with totals, device breakdown chart data, and top countries. Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers.

  4. 4

Export a PDF report (Agency plan)

Click "Export › PDF Report." QRCode Suite generates a formatted PDF with the QR code name, scan totals, trend charts, device and geo breakdowns, and — if WooCommerce attribution is enabled — revenue and conversion data. PDF reports are suitable for sending to clients or stakeholders.

  5. 5

    Export campaign-level reports

For aggregate reporting across multiple QR codes in a campaign, go to QR Suite › Analytics › Campaigns, select a campaign, and use the same Export menu. Campaign exports include per-QR breakdowns within the report.

  6. 6

Schedule recurring exports (Business and above)

Go to QR Suite › Settings › Reports to configure scheduled exports. Set a frequency (weekly or monthly), the target QR codes or campaigns, and the export format. Reports are emailed to the address on file or saved to a connected integration.
