Bulk QR code generation via CSV import is available on the Business plan and above. Confirm your license plan in QR Suite › License before proceeding.

Prepare your CSV file
Create a CSV file with one row per QR code. Required columns: name (internal label), type (url, vcard, wifi, etc.), and the type-specific data fields. For URL type: add a url column. Download the CSV template from QR Suite › Bulk Import to see the exact column format for each QR type.

Open QR Suite › Bulk Import
Navigate to QR Suite › Bulk Import in your WordPress admin. Click "Choose CSV File" and select the file you prepared.

Validate and preview
QRCode Suite parses the CSV and displays a preview table with the first 10 rows. Any rows with validation errors (invalid URLs, missing required columns, unknown types) are flagged in red. Correct the CSV and re-upload if needed.

Run the import
Click "Import All" to generate QR codes for all valid rows. Large batches run in the background. You will see a progress bar and a completion notification in the admin when the import finishes.

Download all generated codes as a ZIP
After the import completes, click "Download ZIP" to download all generated QR codes as a ZIP file containing PNGs (and optionally SVGs if selected). Files are named after the "name" column in your CSV.

Go to QRCode Suite › Settings › WooCommerce, enable attribution, and assign a default campaign. When a customer scans a QR code and places an order, the order will be linked to that scan in the analytics dashboard.
