Bulk QR Code Generation via CSV Import

For campaigns requiring hundreds of QR codes — product catalogs, event handouts, location-specific signage — QRCode Suite supports bulk generation via CSV import. Upload a CSV with one row per QR code, validate, and download all generated codes as a ZIP. Available on the Business plan and above.

  1. 1

Verify you have a Business or Agency plan

Bulk QR code generation via CSV import is available on the Business plan and above. Confirm your license plan in QR Suite › License before proceeding.

  2. 2

    Prepare your CSV file

Create a CSV file with one row per QR code. Required columns: name (internal label), type (url, vcard, wifi, etc.), and the type-specific data fields. For URL type: add a url column. Download the CSV template from QR Suite › Bulk Import to see the exact column format for each QR type.

    name,type,url
    "Homepage QR","url","https://example.com"
    "Contact QR","url","https://example.com/contact"
  3. 3

Open QR Suite › Bulk Import

Navigate to QR Suite › Bulk Import in your WordPress admin. Click "Choose CSV File" and select the file you prepared.

  4. 4

    Validate and preview

QRCode Suite parses the CSV and displays a preview table with the first 10 rows. Any rows with validation errors (invalid URLs, missing required columns, unknown types) are flagged in red. Correct the CSV and re-upload if needed.

  5. 5

    Run the import

Click "Import All" to generate QR codes for all valid rows. Large batches run in the background. You will see a progress bar and a completion notification in the admin when the import finishes.

  6. 6

Download all generated codes as a ZIP

After the import completes, click "Download ZIP" to download all generated QR codes as a ZIP file containing PNGs (and optionally SVGs if selected). Files are named after the "name" column in your CSV.
