QRCode Suite ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account information — email address and name when you create an account.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store only Stripe customer IDs and subscription references.
- Plugin usage data — site URL, plugin version, WordPress version. No raw IPs stored — only a salted hash.
- Scan analytics — timestamp, IP hash (never raw IP), device type, country.
How we use your data
- Authentication and account management.
- Processing payments and subscription billing via Stripe.
- License activation and plan quota enforcement.
- Providing anonymised scan analytics to you.
- Sending important license and payment notifications.
