Stripe Billing
QRCode Suite uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Manage your subscription from your customer portal.
Accessing the billing portal
Log in to your QRCode Suite account and go to Dashboard → Billing. Click "Manage billing" to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and change your plan.
Changing plans
Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) are prorated automatically by Stripe. If you upgrade, you immediately get access to the new features.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Stripe portal. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given except within the 14-day initial purchase window.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your license enters a 14-day grace period. Stripe will automatically retry. You will receive an email with a link to update your payment method.
