White Label QR Codes

White label QR codes are codes whose public surfaces carry your brand — or your client’s — rather than the platform that serves them. On QRCode Suite the white-label setting lives on the workspace: switch off platform branding, set a brand name, logo and accent colour, and both the hosted Link Hub pages behind your codes and the PDF analytics reports you send out pick it up. Combined with the unlimited custom domains included on the same plan, the scan URL, the landing page and the monthly report can all read as the client’s own infrastructure. What stays honest: the QR image itself never carried our branding in the first place — every exported PNG or SVG is already yours — and the dashboard your team signs into remains QRCode Suite. This page covers exactly which surfaces the white label reaches, and which it does not.

White-label branding is part of the Agency plan (€79 per month).

Your brand on the public pages

One switch on the workspace hides the platform branding on hosted Link Hub pages. Add a brand name, an HTTPS logo URL and a hex accent colour and the pages a scan lands on present as the client’s, not ours.

PDF reports in the client’s name

The branded analytics PDF carries the brand name and colour from the same setting, so the report you forward — or the weekly email the platform schedules to up to ten recipients — arrives looking like your agency produced it. Because you did.

Set per workspace, applied everywhere

Branding is stored on the workspace, and the Agency plan is built around one workspace per client: the roles include a read-only client seat, every change lands in an audit log, and retention runs to three years.

Unlimited custom domains on the same plan

Agency includes unlimited custom domains, so each client’s scan links can run under their own hostname. Brand on the URL, brand on the landing page, brand on the report — the full chain.

The QR image was never branded

There is no logo watermark to remove from the code itself: every PNG and SVG export on every plan is clean. White label is about the hosted surfaces around the code, not the pixels of the code.

Know the limits

White label covers the hosted public pages and the PDF reports — the dashboard your team and invited clients sign into is still QRCode Suite. The logo is a hosted HTTPS image URL, the accent is a single hex colour, and the brand name caps at 80 characters. This is client-facing branding, not a resellable portal.
