White-label QR client handoff playbook

Agencies running the Agency plan get full white-label: Link Hubs on a client domain, PDF reports with agency branding, dashboards scoped per client. The handoff to a client (or just to a client-facing project manager) takes four steps and avoids exposing the QRCode Suite name in any client-visible surface.

    Step 1 — Configure the client domain

    QR Suite → Agency → Clients → New → Domain. Add the client's domain (e.g. `qr.clientdomain.com`) and verify ownership via DNS TXT record. Link Hubs and short-URL redirects now resolve under that domain instead of `qrcode-suite.com/r/…`.

    Step 2 — Apply agency branding

    Settings → Branding → Upload agency logo, set primary/accent colours, choose typography. Branding applies to: Link Hub footer, PDF reports, client-facing dashboard, email notifications. QRCode Suite branding is removed from every client-visible surface.

    Step 3 — Scope the client dashboard

    Create a client workspace under Agency → Workspaces. Invite the client (or client PM) with role = "viewer" — they see only their own campaigns and analytics, can't access agency settings, billing, or other clients. Login URL becomes `dashboard.clientdomain.com`.

    Step 4 — Deliver the handover doc

    Generate a branded PDF handover: campaign summary, QR list with destinations, scan analytics summary, login URL. Template is in QR Suite → Agency → Handover Templates. Most agencies email it on a quarterly review cadence.

Can I change the destination of a QR code after printing it?

Yes. Dynamic QR codes use a short redirect URL. You can update the destination from your WordPress dashboard at any time without generating or reprinting the code.

Is QRCode Suite GDPR-compliant?

Yes. QRCode Suite hashes IP addresses with SHA-256 before storage so no raw IPs are ever saved. It also filters bot traffic automatically and includes configurable data-retention settings.
