How to Create a Link Hub
- 1
Go to QR Suite › Link Hubs › Add New
In your WordPress admin, navigate to QR Suite › Link Hubs and click "Add New Hub." This opens the Link Hub editor.
- 2
Choose a template
Select one of the 8 available templates: minimal list, card grid, branded full-width, and more. Each template controls the layout and visual style of your Link Hub page. You can preview each template before selecting.
- 3
Configure the hub title and branding
Enter a title for the Link Hub (displayed at the top of the page), optionally upload a profile image or logo, and set a background color or image. The hub is served from your WordPress domain.
- 4
Add links
Click "Add Link" to add each destination. For each link, enter the label (button text) and the URL. Reorder links by dragging. You can add links to your website, shop, social profiles, booking page, or any other URL.
- 5
Publish the Link Hub
Click "Publish." The Link Hub is now live at a URL on your WordPress domain (e.g., yourdomain.com/hub/your-hub-name). Copy the URL to test it on mobile.
- 6
Generate a QR code for the Link Hub
From the Link Hub editor, click "Generate QR Code." QRCode Suite creates a dynamic QR code pointing to the Link Hub URL. Download as PNG or SVG. If you update the hub later, the QR code continues to point to the updated version.
Frequently asked questions
What is a Link Hub?
A Link Hub is a mobile-optimized landing page hosted on your own WordPress domain that displays multiple links — similar to Linktree or Beacons, but built into your WordPress site. QR codes can point to a Link Hub instead of a single URL.
How many Link Hub templates are available?
QRCode Suite includes 8 Link Hub templates covering minimal, card, grid, branded, and full-width layouts.
Can I use a custom domain for my Link Hub?
Yes. Link Hubs are served from your WordPress domain by default. If your WordPress site runs on your own domain, the Link Hub URL is on that domain.
Is a Link Hub the same as a landing page?
A Link Hub is a structured link list page optimized for mobile scanners. It is not a full landing page builder. For WooCommerce, you can link to any product, category, or cart URL from a Link Hub.
