Play Store QR code
App Download QR codes are part of the Pro plan (€9 per month).
Straight to your Play listing
An Android scan opens your app’s Google Play page directly — the install button, not a search results page where a similarly named app sits one row above yours. You paste the play.google.com link once; the code handles the rest.
iPhones are not a dead end
Add an App Store link to the same code and iOS scanners are routed there automatically. The same sticker works in a mixed crowd — nobody is told to "scan the other one". The App Store QR code page covers that side in detail.
A fallback for desktop scans
Laptops, tablets in desktop mode and unrecognised devices go to a fallback URL of your choice. If none is set, the scan falls through to the first store link you configured, so the code always resolves somewhere sensible.
Edit after the flyers are printed
The code is dynamic: the Play Store URL lives in the dashboard and can be replaced at any time. A changed package name, a new regional listing or a rebrand does not send yesterday’s print run to the bin.
Scans counted, split by device
Every scan is recorded with device type and country — from a hashed IP, with bot hits excluded — so you can see how much of the audience behind each placement was actually on Android before you double down on it.
Know the limits
We measure scans, not installs — Google reports install numbers in the Play Console, not to the QR code that referred the visit. The code links to an existing listing; it cannot publish, update or verify your app, and at least one store URL must be configured.
Frequently asked questions
What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code encodes a short redirect URL served by QRCode Suite. The actual destination is stored in your workspace and can be changed at any time, so you can update where a printed QR code points without reprinting it.
How many dynamic QR codes can I create?
The Free plan includes 3 dynamic QR codes. Pro and above include unlimited dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes never count against the limit.
What is a conditional redirect?
A conditional redirect sends scanners to different destinations based on rules — such as device type (iOS vs Android), country, time of day, or scan count. Conditional redirects are available on the Pro plan.
What formats can I export QR codes in?
All plans support PNG and SVG export. Pro adds CSV data export. Business adds XLSX export, branded PDF reports, and bulk generation with CSV import.
Can I add a logo or custom colors to my QR codes?
Yes, on Pro and above. Custom logo embedding, gradients and frames are part of the Pro design toolkit; the Free plan uses standard colours.
