QR Code Feedback
Hosted feedback forms are part of the Business plan (€29 per month).
One code per touchpoint
Receipts, packaging inserts, delivery notes, changing rooms, service counters — each gets its own code, and the answers arrive already segmented. Filter the Leads inbox by code to compare a branch against a branch, or a carrier against a carrier, without ever asking the customer where they were.
Complaints get a direct route
A feedback code on the receipt gives an unhappy customer a private place to say so in the moment, while the staff member, order number or damaged carton is still in front of them. You hear the specifics first-hand instead of reconstructing them from a public review days later.
Anonymous unless they opt in
The email field in the feedback flow is optional — a rating and a sentence are accepted on their own, because requiring contact details suppresses exactly the responses you most need. Consent is only asked for when an email is actually supplied; without personal data there is nothing to consent to.
Attribution without a questionnaire
The form is served from the code's own short address, so the submission carries its origin with it. Scans behind it are recorded from a hashed IP, never a raw address, and each answer lands in the Leads inbox attributed to the exact code — no "how did you hear about us" padding.
Reword without reprinting
The prompt, the rating scale and any extra fields live on the dynamic code, not in the ink. When this month's question changes, the receipts and stickers already in circulation start serving the new form on their next scan.
Noise stays out of the numbers
A hidden honeypot field short-circuits bot submissions, a per-address rate limit slows repeat posters, and a 4 KB body cap drops oversized payloads. Trapped submissions get the ordinary thank-you page, so spammers learn nothing.
Export with consent attached
Answers export as CSV with each row carrying its consent state, and stored emails are encrypted at rest. When a complaint needs a follow-up call, you know the customer explicitly agreed to be contacted.
Know the limits
This is short-form feedback capture: one page, no branching logic, no ticketing or SLA workflow, no case management. It gets you the complaint and its origin; routing and resolving it stays in your process. For a long questionnaire, point a dynamic code at your survey tool and keep the scan analytics here.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect a store to use these QR codes?
No. Review, wholesale inquiry and loyalty codes serve a page hosted by QRCode Suite at the code’s own address. There is no store to connect, no plugin to install and no CRM to wire up — which is what lets you print one on a carton or a receipt for a channel you do not control.
Where do the responses go?
Into the Leads inbox in your dashboard. Every submission is timestamped and attributed to the QR code that produced it, so you can filter by code and tell a trade-show scan from a packaging scan. The inbox exports to CSV.
Which plan includes them?
The Business plan. Review Collection, Wholesale Inquiry and Loyalty Reward are Business-tier QR types; the free plan covers dynamic URL codes and a Link Hub.
Can I change the form after the code is printed?
Yes. These are dynamic codes: the printed image points at a redirect you control, so you can reword the prompt, rename the product or reward, or switch the extra fields on and off without reprinting anything.
Is the email address always required?
It depends on the flow. On a review form the email is optional, because a rating and a comment are useful on their own. On a wholesale inquiry and on a loyalty claim it is required — the first needs a reply address, the second trades the reward for a contact.
How is consent handled?
Every hosted form carries an explicit consent checkbox stating that the details are stored so you can get back in touch, and the consent flag is saved with the submission. Scans are recorded with hashed IPs rather than raw addresses, on EU infrastructure.
Hear it from the receipt, not the review site
A feedback form behind every touchpoint, answers attributed to the code.
