QR Codes for Teams

Shared logins are how QR estates go wrong. Someone edits a destination that was already printed, nobody knows who, and the account password has been in a group chat since last year. QRCode Suite replaces that with named members and roles: an organisation holds the plan and the people, workspaces beneath it hold the codes for one brand or one client, and each member is invited by email to a role that decides what they can touch. Creating and editing needs a writing role. Organisation settings, billing, members, domains and webhooks need a managing role. Everyone else can read what they need without being able to change a code that is already on a carton, and a workspace nobody added you to behaves as though it does not exist.

Inviting members is part of the Agency plan, which also adds multi-client workspaces, white-label pages and reports.

Six roles

Owner, admin, marketer, analyst, viewer and client. Marketers create and edit; analysts and viewers read; the client role exists so an agency can show work to a customer without handing over the controls.

Two permission tiers that actually differ

Writing covers codes, campaigns, hubs and templates. Managing covers organisation settings, members, billing, custom domains and webhooks. A marketer can ship a campaign without being able to change who is on the account.

Invitations that expire

An invite is sent to an email address, is valid for seven days, and can be consumed once. Re-inviting the same address revokes the previous invitation, and a manager can revoke a pending one at any time.

Workspaces keep clients apart

Each brand or client gets its own workspace with its own codes, campaigns, hubs, leads, domain and analytics. Membership is checked on every read, so nothing crosses between them by accident.

No membership, no acknowledgement

Asking for a workspace you are not a member of returns the same answer as asking for one that does not exist. That is deliberate: a permission error would confirm the workspace is real.

A record of what changed

From Business, an audit log records administrative actions, so a redirect that moved, a domain that was added or a role that changed has a name and a timestamp attached.

Ownership stays with the organisation

QR codes, domains and leads belong to the workspace, not to the person who created them. When someone leaves, removing their membership does not take a printed campaign with them.

Which plan you need

Inviting teammates is an Agency feature at €79 per month, alongside multi-client workspaces, white-label hubs and reports, and custom HTML blocks. Business at €29 covers a single-operator account with the API, exports and audit log.
